HOMEWORK
If a student does not complete his/her homework he/she will receive one warning from the teacher. The second time, if assigned homework is not completed the student's name will be submitted to the supervisor.
Teachers will implement the times in the Homework Policy (included in this School Diary)
Generally accepted principles in the assignment of homework include:
Homework should stem from real needs and the consideration of the total educational background of the individual child.
Homework should serve a definite purpose and should be used as a technique for learning.
There should be a cooperative effort on the part of teachers and parents to encourage children to assume responsibility for completing homework and assignments.
