Admissions Overview & Updates

Al Ansar International Private School welcomes applications for FS1 to Year 13 for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

Parents can apply through the school website by completing the online admission form and submitting the required documents. All applicants may be required to attend an assessment and interview as part of the admission process. Successful candidates will be guided through registration, fee payment, and enrollment procedures.

Admissions Journey – Apply in 3 Simple Steps:
Step 1 – Online Application: Complete and submit the Online Admission Application Form for the Admission Assessment Entrance Exam.
Step 2 – Admission Assessment: Applicants will be invited to attend an Entrance Assessment to evaluate academic readiness.
Step 3 – Confirmation & Seat Reservation: Successful applicants will receive confirmation from the Admissions Office to proceed with seat reservation and registration fee payment.

Re-Registration for AY 2026–2027
Parents are kindly requested to complete the re-registration process for the Academic Year 2026–2027 within the given timeline to confirm and reserve their child’s seat for the upcoming academic year.

Complete the online admission application form through the school’s official website.  Apply Now to join our school

Reception & Registration Verification

The Reception Department guides parents to Registration, where documents are verified, admission forms are completed, and placement test/interview details are recorded.

Assessment & Interview Process

Students attend the placement test and interview as per their academic level. All results are documented and reviewed by the Registration Department.

Submission of Required Documents

Submit all required documents, including passport copy, Emirates ID, recent photographs, previous school reports, and Transfer Certificate. Click here to view all requirements.

Admission Decision & Final Registration

Final admission approval is issued after reviewing results. Parents complete the final registration form to confirm details. Transport arrangements are made if required.

Finance Department – Fee Payment

Tuition fee payment is completed through the Finance Department, and an official receipt will be issued upon payment.

Interview Appointment & Schedule - Things To Know

  1. Accepted Candidates: Must visit the Registration Department at Al Ansar International Private School to complete admission.
  2. Waiting List: Should contact the Registration Department on the given date for updates.
  3. Interview Booking: Call 06-5459441 to book an appointment. Interviews: Mon–Thu, 9:00–11:00 AM.
  4. Registration Deadline: Must complete registration within one week of Entrance Exam results.
  5. Document Submission: Submit and verify all required documents during registration.
  6. Admission Policy: Admission may be cancelled if not completed within the given timeframe
