Admissions Open – AY 2026-2027: We are pleased to announce that admissions are now open for the Academic Year 2026–2027. Applications are currently being accepted for the British Curriculum from FS1 to Year 13. Our Admissions Office operates from Sunday to Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Safe Community for your Children.

Mode of Payment: Parents may choose from the following payment options:

Option 1 – Full Payment: Full payment may be made at the beginning of the academic year through any of the following methods:

  • Cash payment at the Accounts Department (hard copy receipt will be issued)
  • Visa / MasterCard / Debit / Credit Card payment at the Accounts Department (hard copy receipt will be issued)

Option 2 – Installment Payment Plan: Parents may also opt for a 4-installment payment plan, consisting of one cash payment and three post-dated cheques as follows:

  • 1st Installment:Cash Payment
  • 2nd Installment:Cheque – November-2026
  • 3rd Installment:Cheque – January-2027
  • 4th Installment: Cheque – March-2027

MODE OF PAYMENT:
Option-1: FULL PAYMENT by CASH at the beginning of the academic year.
Option-2: ALL INSTALLMENTS at the SAME TIME,
1 cash and 3 cheques as follows:
1st Payment: Cash
2nd Payment: Cheque – November-2023
3rd Payment: Cheque – January-2024
4th Payment: Cheque – March-2024

Cheques should be written in favour of (AL ANSAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL) OR (مدرسة الأنصار العالمية)

طريقة سداد الرسوم
يمكن لأولياء الأمور اختيار إحدى طرق السداد التالية:
الخيار الأول – السداد الكامل:
يمكن سداد الرسوم الدراسية كاملةً في بداية العام الأكاديمي من خلال أيٍ من وسائل الدفع التالية:
  • ١. الدفع النقدي لدى قسم الحسابات.
    ٢. الدفع باستخدام بطاقات فيزا / ماستركارد / بطاقات الخصم أو الائتمان لدى قسم الحسابات.

الخيار الثاني: الدفع على أربعة أقساط تُدفع معاً جميعها (نقداً + ٣ شيكات) وفق ما يلي:

١. القسط الأول: نقداً.
٢. القسط الثاني: شيك في شهر نوفمبر ٢٠٢٦.
٣. القسط الثالث: شيك في شهر يناير ٢٠٢٧.
٤. القسط الرابع: شيك في شهر مارس ٢٠٢٧.

ملاحظة: تُكتب جميع الشيكات لفائدة أو لصالح: مدرسة الأنصار العالمية.

NOTE:

  1. An additional 500 AED will be added to the above fee structure for the NEW STUDENTS / ADMISSIONS.
  2. An AED 500 charge will be applicable in case of Cancellation / Withdrawal or Failure to complete the registration procedures by the parent / guardian.
  3. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, textbooks & uniform fees are not refundable. Transportation fees are as per the school fee refund policy.
  4. School Fees are inclusive of Books, Educational e-Learning Platforms and School Uniform.
  5. Books carried over from any previous year and required by the student in their current academic year must be purchased separately from the bookstore.
  6. The above-mentioned fees are inclusive of (3 AS) subjects and (2 A2-Level) subjects as per the respective year stage. Further subject requests are subject to additional fee charges.
  7. Additional fees for each registered subject calculated as per the CAIE Examination will be paid separately in cash at the accounts department during December / January of that academic year.
  8. Additional fees for the National and International Benchmark Exams such as ACER, CAT4, PT-series, eTIMSS, PIRLS, PISA, etc. will be paid separately at the accounts department.
  9. Additional fees for the Graduation Ceremony will be paid separately at the accounts department.
  10. The above-mentioned fees are valid until further notice.
  11. The final fee calculation will be as per the decision of the Accounts Department.

ملاحظات

١. تضاف ٥٠٠ درهم في حال التسجيل الجديد.

٢. يتم احتساب رسم وقدره ٥٠٠ درهم عن كل طالب في حال الانسحاب أو الإلغاء أو تعذر إتمام عملية التسجيل في المدرسة.

٣. تعتبر رسوم الكتب والمنصات التعليمية والزي المدرسي غير مستردة في حال انسحاب الطالب أو إلغاء التسجيل، وتراجع سياسة استرجاع الرسوم لتفاصيل استرجاع الرسوم المدرسية أو رسوم المواصلات وغيرها.

٤. الرسوم المدرسية تشمل الكتب والمنصات التعليمية والزي المدرسي.

٥. الرسوم المدرسية لا تشمل رسوم الكتب التي وُزعت في أعوام سابقة، ويتعين على الطالب شراؤها من مخزن الكتب المدرسية.

٦. الرسوم المدرسية الواردة أعلاه تشمل ثلاث مواد في مرحلة (AS-Level)، ومادتين فقط في مرحلة (A2-Level)، وتخضع للزيادة عند تسجيل مواد إضافية.

٧. تدفع رسوم امتحانات الثانوية البريطانية وتبعاتها نقداً فقط لدى مسؤول قسم الامتحانات في شهري ديسمبر / يناير من كل عام، وذلك لكل مادة بشكل منفصل عن الرسوم الدراسية.

٨. تدفع رسوم الامتحانات الدولية والوطنية ومنها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: (ACER, CAT4, PT-series, eTIMSS, PIRLS, PISA .. إلخ) بشكل منفصل عن الرسوم الدراسية إلى قسم الحسابات في المدرسة.

٩. تُدفع رسوم التخرج للطلبة بشكل منفصل عن الرسوم الدراسية.

١٠. تسري الرسوم المدرسية الواردة أعلاه حتى إشعار آخر.

١١. عند التعارض بين هذه الحسابات وبين البيان الحسابي الصادر من قسم الحسابات بالمدرسة، يتم الأخذ بالبيان الرسمي الصادر من القسم.
